Through simple yoga poses, songs, and interactive movement, you'll build strength and flexibility while fostering connection and mindfulness. Perfect for parents and caregivers with children ages 2-5, this class is a fun way to expolore movement, music, relaxation, and joy - together on the mat. No previous yoga experience is needed.
