New Burlington Gallery Opening - Now Looking for Artists!
Lane Watson hoping for the participation of 10-15 artists – both 2D and 3D – who have an interest in a permanent place to exhibit and sell their work. Ian Baultutis, former Burlington mayor and owner of Persnickety Books, has the desire to lease out the loft area of the store to a complimentary business. Lane Watson and Ian have had several meetings, and are both in agreement in principle with having an art gallery operating in the space. Additionally, Ian has plans to build out several areas for artist studios.

High School Student Scholarships | Alamance Arts
Are you an artist in high school applying to colleges? The Alamance Arts application for our Annual Scholarship Awards is our now open. The four scholarships are open to any Alamance County senior who will attend college to study visual or performing arts. The application deadline is May 1st, 2024. The Alamance County Poetry Stroll 2024 | Graham, North
Poet friends! The Alamance County Poetry Stroll 2024 will be held for the entire month of April! Poems will be posted in windows of businesses all over Alamance County. I'm looking for poets who would be willing to submit a poem or two. We don't award traditional 1st/2nd/3rd prizes, but we do a Reader's Choice contest.

Artist applications are now open | Centerfest
Now in its 49th year, CenterFest Arts Festival is the longest running outdoor juried arts festival in North Carolina.
