EXHIBITION REQUEST

Alamance Arts manages exhibits in its facilities in downtown Graham, as well as in the Mebane Arts & Community Center. These gallery spaces can accommodate many different styles and forms of artwork from established and emerging artists. The various sites of our exhibit spaces are listed below. Exhibited artwork may be of any size or shape, but to the purpose of giving details of gallery space capacities, the recommended quantities of artwork below are based on artwork that is approximately 30x30 inches.

Sister Gallery, Alamance Arts
A minimum of 25 works for solo exhibit, 2D & 3D work accepted.
“Multipurpose Room" Gallery (previously “SunTrust Gallery”), Alamance Arts
A minimum of 15 works for solo exhibit, 2D work only accepted.
Mebane Arts and Community Center Gallery, Mebane, North Carolina
A minimum of 15 works for solo exhibit, 2D and minimal 3D work accepted.

If you would like your work to be considered for an exhibit at one of our gallery spaces, please complete the following form. We take proposals for solo and group exhibitions on an ongoing basis. Be prepared to submit slides or photographs of your work, an artist’s statement, and a short biography.

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee Alamance Arts will run the exhibition. All exhibition proposals go through a review process by a selection committee. An Alamance Arts representative will contact you if your work is selected to exhibit. Your submission will remain on file to be considered for up to a year.

Please list the artwork that would be included in your exhibit by doing one of the following: 1) Type a numbered list in the box below that includes the title, description, medium, size, and price (or labeled NFS) of each piece of artwork. 2) Paste a link to a Google Sheet that includes the title, description, medium, size, and price (or labeled NFS) of each piece of artwork. 3) Type in the box below the words "I will email the inventory sheet". Email artservices@alamancearts.org the inventory list (title, description, medium, size, and price of each piece) as an attached spreadsheet or word document, or pdf file.

Photos of Exhibit Artwork

Please take high quality photos of each of the artwork pieces listed on the inventory list above and upload them as a shareable folder to Google Drive, Drop Box, Amazon Photos, or other cloud file sharing platform. The link of the shareable folder of your photos should be copy & pasted below. You may also email artservices@alamancearts.org the photos of the items on your inventory list above if providing a file sharing platform link to your photos is not possible.
