2026-2027 Grassroots Grant Applications Due August 31, 2026

Grassroots Grant

The Grassroots Grant is funded by the North Carolina State Legislature through the North Carolina Arts Council, a state agency. The Grassroots Grant provides funds to non-profit agencies and organizations planning and implementing programs in the fine and performing arts, which includes the visual arts, architecture and the visual environment, traditional or folk arts, music, dance, theater, film and video, creative writing and photography.

Alamance Arts will award $57,662 for the 2026-2027 Grassroots Grant

• Application Deadline  5:00 PM August 31, 2026

• Recommendations for allocations and Vote by Alamance Arts Board of Directors, October 15

• Announcements to Funded Recipients October 16
